Liberal Arts Degree 101
Liberal Arts colleges usually offer either a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science. Both of these degrees are equivalent in terms of length of program (3-4 years in most countries) and both are as marketable in most industries. One degree is probably not better than the other.
Traditionally speaking, BSc require more specific courses for a major while BA allows for a more well-rounded course selection. However, in both degree programs, you will receive a well-rounded education in topics including: English Literature, Rhetoric, Languages, Psychology, Philosophy, Arts, Communications and Speech, Creative Writing, History, Political Sciences, Social Sciences, Economics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and more.
